Thank you for visiting and shopping at YouGotMugged.net. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping costs are crazy!! We try to keep these as low as possible. We do have packaging and packing costs to deal with. We don’t make much $$(if any) on shipping. It’s NOT our fault.We hate shipping costs too and we are NOT Amazon!

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Order Processing:
Expect an email within 1-3 business days to let you know the status of your order.
Please allow 3-5 days business to process your order on in-stock merchandise.
Please allow 5-14 business days on out-of-stock orders.
Local Pickup:
An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Orders can be picked up at the arranged time window upon completion of the order, details included in the email include pick-up time and address information.
During checkout, enter your address and choose the Local Pick-up option. It will only appear if you are in a zipcode local to YouGotMugged.net. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Local delivery is available for addresses within a 5 mile radius of our shop.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipments or deliveries may not occur on weekends or holidays, at the discretion of the carrier.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or we are waiting on vendors to ship the stock we need to complete your order, fulfillment and shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
We will keep you informed by email of where your order is in the fulfillment, production and shipping process. Some orders may be completed within a few hours and some may take 5-7 days (or longer). We don’t stock every color and every size or every product.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, We will contact you via email or telephone with an estimated ship date. You will receive a shipment tracking number and the carrier info as soon as your order is ready to ship.
Business days are Monday-Friday; Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not included in shipping days. Shipping timeless are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

YouGotMugged.net ships within the US and international locations. Shipping costs are not any cheaper for shipping outside of the United States. If you have any questions, please email us at: help@yougotmugged.net.
All direct website International orders are non-refundable and all sales are final. By placing an order on our website all international customers agree to these terms. We will not ship an order internationally without your prior approval and payment of all charges including final shipping charges. You will be notified of all final charges before your order is processed. Shipping costs do not include duty, tax, or brokerage fees. All such charges are the responsibility of the receiver.
International Delivery is calculated in U.S. dollars only and based on USPS, UPS or FedEx International shipping rates — please email us at help@yougotmugged.net before an order is placed.We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, Taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the U.S., as these are specific to each destination country. The buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.

Standard Shipping and Handling
Delivery is typically one to five business days after shipment.
2 Day Shipping:
Delivery by the second business day after the order is shipped. For example, if an order ships out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed on Monday Night and ships out on Thursday, it will arrive on Monday of the following week.
Express Shipping:
Delivery by the next or second business day after the order is shipped. For example, if an order ships out on Thursday with Express Delivery, it will arrive on Friday or Monday depending on the carrier. An order placed on Monday Night and ships out on Wednesday, it should arrive by Friday at the latest.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Your order may be subject to additional fees, including but not limited to, import duties, local taxes or any additional charges which may be incurred once a shipment reaches your destination. Runderful® is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Of course — Shipping/Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to a number of unforeseen circumstances. Runderful® is not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by any third-party carrier, including but not limited to weather or storm delays.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Since our mugs are custom-made for you and for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be defective or damaged.
Free gifts or promotional items cannot be returned.
We address Return issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We work hard to ensure our products are in excellent condition before it ships. YouGotMugged.net is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
However, if for any reason an item that was purchased from www.yougotmugged.net is materially flawed or defective in any way upon receipt, please email help@yougotmugged.net with your order number and with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition within 5 days of delivery. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Once reviewed, we will work with you, and at our discretion, you MAY receive a store credit, exchange, or refund. In cases where there is a refund, please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
